Participating in a Safety Expo can be totally worthy for safety aspirants looking to explore a variety of safety courses & career opportunities in the market. One such exclusive safety expo was recently organized by UBM – India which was South Asia’s largest Occupational Health & Safety Expo. To prioritize safety due to the prevailing pandemic, it was well organized as a virtual expo. The second edition of OSH India virtual expo – 2020 was held on 17-18 September 2020. NIST marked its esteemed presence in the OSH India Virtual Expo – 2020 and it was truly a successful one. Being India’s most preferred company in the safety domain, we were truly excited to meet our customers & prospective clients in the OSH Expo. And the overwhelming response we received during the expo was just exceptional.
Here are some of the highlights of our participation in the OSH India Virtual Expo – 2020. The below figures clearly depict the keen interest shown by visitors in our products & services:
- 580+ virtual stall visitors
- 429 nos of brochures downloaded
- 131 visitors clicked our website
- 7 Minutes 18 Sec average time spent in our Virtual Stall
- 27 chats initiated in our virtual stall
How it all worked?
It was teamwork! There were so many ideas & creativity put forth by our writers, designers, marketing team & the management itself. The Corporate, Institutional Sales & MIS team were also a part of the contribution in their own way. We had a clear vision of how to execute every requirement in order to run a virtual stall in the OSH Expo. UBM listed out the requirements from our side & also presented us with a series of stall designs. We selected a stall which we thought would best display our products & services. And thereafter, we initiated the content & video required to be displayed in the stall. We took the opportunity of displaying our corporate video in the plasma tv section of the stall and linked all our brochures into the company profile option displayed on the stall wall. This way our visitors were easily able to get a gist about our products & services. Also, there was an inspiring video by Mr. Lawrence Andoni Raj, Director – Client & Customer Synergy where he spoke about a real-life incident which kindled a spark of how important safety is. With all these inputs, we were all set to exhibit our virtual stall at the Expo. And the aftermath was quite exceptional! On Day 1 of the expo, Mr. Robert Chettiar- Head of Technical Services delivered a knowledge sharing session on Leadership and Commitment: First step in Achieving Management System Compliance. The response was indeed amazing & we enjoyed our presence at the expo on both the days.
We thank UBM – India for organizing such a colossal virtual event where safety experts & professionals from a myriad of industries could participate. We thoroughly enjoyed our presence in such an engaging environment where the connection with our customers was absolutely seamless. We expect many such valuable exhibitions in the near future!
