NIST participates in OSH event

NIST participated in the OSH event on 28 – 29 June 2018. The OSH event has served as the perfect platform to contribute knowledge on safety. It has been a great experience for us personally to be one among the 100+ companies who participated in this event. NIST GM shares knowledge in panel discussion

Our General Manager, Mr. Arun Subramanian had the privilege to be part of the panel discussion titled “Challenges in Implementing Laws and legislation Related to OSH in Construction Industry “. He was among the respected delegates representing the core part of the safety industry. The panel discussion was highly engaging with Mr. Arun sharing about his industry insights in the health and safety industry. Also in the panel was GJ Rao who is the Assistant Vice President of Safety in My Home Industries. The discussion revolved around the laws and legislation related to OSH.

Good response from Professionals

The event was successful, which is evident from the vast number of professionals, nearly 3000 people who attended the program. NIST feels proud that it was able to hold the attention of the participants; nearly 600 people visited our Stall No. Q14 and around 300 pupil exchanged their information with NIST, showing their interest to be associated with NIST.

NIST among 100+ companies in OSH Event

NIST has grown in stature during the last 10 years. The achievements of NIST over each year surpass the previous one. NIST was one among the 100+ companies that participated in the OSH event. We were able to showcase the training and consulting programs successfully as well as the audit functionalities that we provide. It was a great opportunity to be able to network with safety professionals and share vital information on OSH.

NIST contributes to Safety

NIST has been seeing progress since the last decade and the OSH event can be viewed as another feather in the cap for NIST. Our mission, contribute to Safety is achieved through the OSH event and NIST promises to keep its mission accomplished always.
